our mission:
Since the spring of 2021, the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and the entire staff along with key stakeholders and advisors, have been in the process of evaluating our brand story, communication strategy, and messaging, and we are thrilled to reveal our new name, visual branding, and hopeful vision-casting as of March 1, 2022.
We are excited about the clarity of vision that God is giving us as we take our organization into the next season. We look forward to the next 40 years of equipping East Palo Alto and Belle Haven youth to grow spiritually, gain life skills and develop as leaders so that they have hope and a future.
Our mission remains the same as it has been since 1984, and we are hopeful that this new season will bring even more fruitfulness to the incredible legacy of impact, life-change, and transformational love that this organization has brought to East Palo Alto over the last nearly 40 years.
From our faithful, compassionate and resilient team of staff, volunteers, church partners, to our donors, of course our East Palo Alto community members, I am honored to be able to be part of this family. Our deepest hope is to be an open door for the students of East Palo Alto to experience the transformational love of Christ so that they may look to their own futures with unshakeable hope. Thank you for the essential part you play in making our mission and vision a reality -- yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
We will continue to strive to honor the legacy of our organization and remain obedient to the clarity of vision in all that we do.
I invite you to read our FAQs below and know that we take our commitment to Christ seriously. If you have questions, concerns, or just want to chat, my door is always open. Feel free to email or reach out to schedule a conversation with me or another member of the Executive Team.
It is with great excitement and even greater hope that I welcome you to: Hope Horizon East Palo Alto.
